Introduction to Clay Handbuilding Class
You will design and make your very own ceramics in a welcoming and relaxing environment with guidance from me in a 3 hour class with maximum class size of 6.
Using hand building will allow you to make functional pieces that you could never achieve on the wheel as a beginner.
Your work will be ready to pick up or send between 4 - 6 weeks after your class date.
Private 1 - 1 or 1 - 2 classes also available. Please enquire.

The 3 hour course cost includes the following …
*P&P within UK for 1 small and 1 medium sized piece OR one single larger piece.
*Local pick-up available.
* Choose to make a trinket dish plus choose one of the following …medium bowl, straight vase or medium plate.
*All tools, clay and materials supplied including coloured slips to add decoration to your work.
*Light Refreshment.
*Firing and Glazing in my home kiln using sustainable energy.
Bring an apron / old shirt and some design ideas for use with coloured slips.
